Family is a huge part of who we are and how we operate. We treat every customer as part of our family. Our award-winning , homemade hot sauce recipe has been passed down from generation to generation for more than 70 years. Our grandmother would prepare her signature hot sauce for every family event, birthday, holiday dinner, and other gatherings. It’s this hot sauce that pushed us to open our own restaurant. We even have Famous Frank’s Sassy Meatsauce available for sale in a 16 oz. bottle for $8.50!

I work in restaurants and I’m servsafe certified. I just watched they guy at the fryers dropping pre packed homefries by burning off the bottom of the plastic bag in the fryer so all the food falls thru. They are quite literally cooking your food with plastic. This place is a joke and gives a bad name to plates and food service in general. Wildly illegal to be doing that should be shut down right now.

I’ve ordered late night a few times for delivery. Always so freaking good. Delivery has been early each time I’ve ordered. Usually after 10pm. Food is solid as F. Especially after 420 when you don’t want to drive just consistently really good.

Here is the truth for those wbo are ordering food from this place: considering this restaurant reaches more Rochester east side areas than any “hots” place I know, expect your food to be cold. You are ordering from far away, you expect food to stay fresh and hot? This place is mostly for the crowd that eat at “hot” restaurants after hittng up the local bars. Me and my friend have been to this place after we hit the bars and their food was ALWAYS delicious, fresh and hot. All because we came in person. They literally deliver all over the east side of Rochester, be realistic if you ordering food via delivery from the east side of Rochester and you don’t live in Perinton/Fairport area where they are based. They have warmer bags and considering traffic, you should be lucky a “hots” place is open til 3am AND delivers.
