The good was good, service was very poor. Heather was out waitress, never brought our beverage while waiting for our good, had to ask for it. She never asked us if we’d like anything else, had to have another waitress get our waitress so we could get dessert. Restaurant wasn’t busy when we arrived, let 2 girls off the floor.

The service here is fantastic! The waitresses and managers are great at checking on their customers without overdoing it. They clearly are at a much higher level of service than most restaurants and any other Perkins I have visited.

We were seated right away .. but sat at the table for 15 minutes or so and 2 different waitresses walk past us never once stopped and asked what we wanted to drink. One final walked past and said I will be right with u … we sat there another 5 minutes she walked passed again never stopped so we got up.and left. A 9 year old and a 3 year don’t wait good and either do us adults.

17 of us at one huge table and a new waitress!! LOL!! Surprisingly, she did a pretty darn good job! I didn’t ask how everyone else’s meals were, but mine was fine. Hubby ordered a huge breakfast meal that he said tasted like old grease was used to cook it…it was “off” a little bit. Because my husband and I are both veterans, we took advantage of the 20% discount offered all year round (surprise!) so our meals were very inexpensive! Very appreciative of the discount! Thank you!!

Staff was nice and professional. The salad you could tell was made up ahead of time and stored for when it was needed had that old fridge taste. The turkey melt was ok. The turkey was cold and the cheese was cold must have sat there a bit after it was done before it was brought out to me. Was not impressed at all wouldn’t eat here again.

Food was a terrible salty processed disaster. My husband got the french dip sandwich and it looked like it had been sitting out for a week. It was so dry and burned. The potato soup was so salty, he couldn’t eat it. I got the chicken and biscuits. My gravy was cold, the hashbrowns were raw and the cheese wasnt even melted. The waitress was super nice.
