We were very disappointed. Pancakes were dry and overcooked. Ordered extra crispy bacon…not even close! My eggs Benedict were supposed to have bacon and that was missing. Can’t blame the servers, it was crowded. Not sure I’ll go back and can’t recommend it.

Been to this location once or twice a year for several years now… (visiting family and having a family breakfast) Food is decent to often good. Service is usually quite good. The tables feel tight and there is often little to no room to get up from your table or move around.

We are regulars since we live close, we also order offline regularly, and this time same meals were ordered but it was 45.00 the food arrived fast but was half frozen, items were missing and what did come was burnt beyond recognition. For being a regular this is upsetting.

Potholes not yet addressed. 3 weeks ago spoke to Reg Ops Mgr who was at the restaurant. Really bad at both entrances. Everyone can have a bad day but the last 3 times I had something with lettuce ( salad 3 weeks ago- Big Bacon BLT a week ago- Burger yesterday ) all had old lettuce that had actually turned black. Disgusting. Solid Mgr had quit. 20 yr cook quit after hiring new cook at same wage. Another cook passed away. Friday replacement Mgr quit. My burger was made and prepped by a Corporate Mgr who was there. We love the place. We love the servers and can name every one of them. Cheryl, the Asst Mgr, had that downtrodden look yesterday. Don’t give up. Has to be a reason people are leaving Mgt and cook positions. Servers aren’t leaving.

We’ve had both excellent and just ok experiences here. The cod and shrimp dinner was awesome. The country fried steak was not so good and we had a burger that wasn’t the best. The wait staff is always awesome and the service is great. We’ll have breakfast food next time!
