Didn’t ask if we needed refills messed up order didn’t get syrup for pancakes had to ask . Didn’t follow up with customer to see if you needed anything and messed up order and long wait every one at my table easy finish with there meal by the time my order was redone right and brought to me. Love Perkins very clean nice people but this experience not as good as usual. Hope just having a bad day and this isn’t the way they do there job .

My extended family from out of town decided to eat here this evening and we were extremely pleased! We had 12 people in our party and we were seated almost immediately. Our waitresses provided excellent and prompt service, checking frequently to see if we needed anything. I ordered an ice cream sundae and because the waitress was busy, I had to wait a little longer than usual. She gave me the sundae for free! The food was delicious as well. Thank you for the great dining experience, I plan to eat here more often than I have in the past!

Their food have definitely improved over the years. 5 years ago you couldn’t pay me to eat here…..I am happy to say that they have made changes to chef and staff training and it shows. Very friendly staff and chef is always on point, I have even changed up their menu items by asking for variations on their dishes and the chef not only goes along with it but excels at it. I would go out of my way to eat here now and am always challenging the chef to make something different. Love this place now.

Service was OK, waitress was polite but did ask if we were leaving a tip when we were paying…awkward. Food was mediocre, edible. It wasn’t bad, it just seemed rushed and the quality wasn’t great. The lettuce & tomatoes were not very fresh, chicken & broccoli pasta was sloppy, onions rings were undercooked and the chicken fried steak was questionably undercooked in spots. The employees seemed miserable and the atmosphere was weird.. I could barely sit in the tiny tiny bathroom stall without my face pressed against the door that was WAYYY too close to the toilet. I almost fell over and ended up having to pee sideways. Overall kind of disappointed with this location. 3 stars is generous but good enough.

Had to listen to cook yelling loudly at server over whose fault it was my To Go order was served on a plate. I understand it’s super busy and mistakes happen but people come to eat in a relaxed atmosphere. The half hour wait and leaving without my soup wasn’t such a big deal but disappointed in the tempers flaring and disorganization.

We had to wait when we first came in for them to seat us because I needed to use the restroom and they wouldn’t seat my mom without me being there. The restaurant at the time wasn’t busy so that was uncalled for. After we were seated it took the waiter a while to finally come to take our drink orders. We didn’t get our drinks for over 10 minutes. The restaurant was starting to get busy so I understood but it still took too long. Once we got our drinks and food ordered we had to wait again. Not extremely long but still too long for how long we’d been there. After our food came there were things missing from my order and our waiter never came back to see if we needed anything or if we needed drinks refilled. I ended up having to take the entire meal home and wasn’t able to eat any of it. I’m visiting from out of town and will never come back here. Our waiter was nice but I’m very disappointed in how slow the service was and I didn’t get to enjoy any of my meal.

Food was amazing and served rather quickly, waitress was friendly and helpful, as well. Music was a little bit louder than I would have liked, but it also wasn’t busy at the time, so the chatter probably tunes it out more when it’s busier. Overall, excellent place to eat!
