I have eaten breakfast at this location for many years. Usually, there is excellent service. However, after my experience this morning, I doubt I will be back. Every order (table of 5) was incorrect. 3 of us didnt really care (breakfast is breakfast, and we are understanding people. We get that mistakes happen. It’s only breakfast.) However, I regret being so easy going. My husband ordered 3 eggs, scrambled. His portion was TINY. The same size as my 1 egg order (also scrambled.) We nicely told the waitress twice that clearly there were not 3 eggs. Easy enough to fix, but she refused. She didn’t stop by the table to check on the food, or even to refill water. We spent 35 minutes just waiting for the food to come out, and that was after waiting 20 minutes for her to take our orders. One order was completely incorrect, and for some reason took 20 minutes to remake. The waitress didn’t even bring out checks when we were finished. She was nowhere to be found for quite a while. When we finally saw her and asked for our checks, she charged one of our party for food they did not order. After waiting to see her so she could fix the error for another 15 minutes, we finally decided just to pay and leave.

I was underwhelmed with our experience. New server, still training but that had little to do with the overall experience. Food order not correct, we were offered a replacement but with several small children we we’re not looking to hang out and wait longer. Food was decent, nothing great. Maybe my tastes are changing but not just not as good as usual

I’m a regular. I’ve been told the place is now being moved to new management, and in transition of training new employees, they are really improving their service. Prior management had caused a high turnover and difficulty in consistency, but time is showing a lot of progress.

Waited forever at door to be seated. 2 couples in front of us left after waiting so long. Young man seated us ( plenty of empty tables). Servers here don’t smile or acknowledge your here. Took order in timely manner and was brought empty cup and carafe for coffee. Still waiting on food 40+ minutes and counting. FYI- ordered breakfast not a whole turkey. Hope this gets better soon.

There is one waitress that my friends and I go to see. She is one of the best waitress I’ve ever had. We call her mom and she calls us her daughters. The food is absolutely amazing. Fast at coming out for a restaurant. It’s worth every penny

We don’t go out to dinner very often so I was really looking forward to a nice meal. It was about 8:10pm or so and when we arrived there was only us and then 2 more couples came in after us. We ordered an omelet and pancakes and I ordered 2 scrambled eggs with potatoes and it took forever to get served and then when I got my meal it was cold. I sent it back but my husband’s wasn’t to bad so he ate it and sent the pancakes back to get heated up. Come to find out there was no cook and the waitress cooked our meal plus the other two couples in the restaurant. I knew then why my meal was cold. Need I say more about tonight’s experience. Not what i expected from a reputable restaurant like Perkin’s. Apparently a co-worker did not show or left early and the remaining worker had to be the cashier, greeter and waitress. She was complaining to customers all nite long about how tired and overworked she was.

Terrible service. Tables were dirty we waited almost 15 minutes for a waitress to come to the table and there were only 2 other sets of people in the restaurant. Then when she finally came she got our drink and food order.. 10 min later the drinks came. All you could hear was the 3 servers gossiping and laughing in the back. Not happy with this probably will never come back
