Worst food service I’ve ever experienced. Once we were seated, we sat for a half hour and no one came by to ask for our order. The people behind us ended up going to find someone to wait on us since they were also waiting for service.

Went to Perkins today and after ordering we sat for over an hour without getting our meal,then manager or whoever it was came and asked what kind of salad we ordered..had all kinds of excuses as to why things were slow.. they had over 1/2 of tables empty and had people waiting to get seated..never did get our food and we just left and I did let people who were waiting know what happened and a few left also .used to go to Perkins a great deal but will not go back

Walk in and wasn’t any staff around till 5min later sever or person at the register had an attitude as if she didn’t want to be there. When got my order there was no silverware or napkin in the bag no ketchup no jelly. When i brought this to the attention of the young lady behind the register she huff and got me one jelly i also had to beg for silverware and napkin. Stsff seem cold and weird my food was ice cold and not worth the money I paid for it next time will go to Sunshine instead.

Started out good and went downhill from there. My husband had eggs Benedict with soft eggs, and they came out hard, with very little sauce. I had the granny’s omelet. Asked for some butter and received that. I also asked for more cheese sauce, and she came back with shredded cheese. Told the girl that is not what I wanted. I said cheese sauce and she never came back. Then the waitress came and finally had cheese sauce which was barely hot. The waitress never came back to ask how things were. Also several people were seated and Noone went back to them and they walked out. Bad service all around.

Sat for 40 minutes without getting meals. Got up and left when table close to us was served and they were seated a good 20 minutes after us. We had been frequent customers and kept coming even through spotty service but we will not be eating there in the future. Last straw.

Your host Laura is very welcoming and polite. She was very professional and respectful for our family. I loved that she personally talked to and listened to the children giving their order, so many young people don’t give you the time of day. We will definitely be returning.
