Food was good took awhile to get seated waiter seemed more interested in talking and being on their phone than cleaning tables and seating people. Manager said they were short staffed but maybe should pay attention that his staff playing games on there phone and guests can see.. While waiting to be seated.

Good food and big portions. Enough to take home for a second meal. Prices are good and service is generally good. We have gone on busy days and it can get a little timely but that’s not too often. I had the new texmex omlet, hubby had meat and potatoes omlet and our daughter loved the rainbow pancakes.

The restaurant was dead with 1 other table but the food took a while and came out lukewarm and that’s being generous. Chicken tortilla soup was lukewarm and didn’t come with tortilla strips. When I asked the waitress she went to ask her manager who told her that it didn’t come with tortilla strips. Chicken and gravy biscuits came cold and the gravy congealed. The chicken salad sandwich tasted good but was warm. Warmer then both of the dishes that are supposed to actually be warm. The waitress left to get drinks at one point and somehow forgot even though there was only 2 tables seated including us. Besides the drink fiasco our waitress was very nice. I think she was just very young and trying to deal with awful management. She took the soup off the bill and gave us a complimentary piece of pie. The pie was amazing. Go for the pie and pastries. Leave everything else alone.

Tried it for the first for breakfast this morning. Was not awful. We were sat right away by a very pleasant server, who also ended up taking our table as well. The food was not amazing, typical chain like but better than some of the actual individually owned restaurants in Sheboygan. The only real complaint that I have is that our server although nice and friendly, she did not come to ask how our food was. I would go there again for convenience more than anything.

Don’t shy away! I planned to meet a friend here after finding a convenient location to meet. We were both coming from different towns. I checked on my directions and saw some awful reviews, to the point of wondering if we should try to go elsewhere. We waited a couple minutes after I got there for someone to seat us. I asked if a booth was available and we were seated in one. The waitress was immediately there were menus and beverages. We were chatting up a storm and the waitress checked on us several times to see if we were ready to order. When we finally decided, the food arrived promptly. I ordered shrimp with bacon, broccoli and fettuccine which I’ve never had before so I have nothing to compare it to. The broccoli was slightly crisp, so no talk of mushy. I added salt, but I usually do. The waitress was attentive, a manager stopped by our table and I would certainly go back. We sat a long time visiting, and I usually try not to put people in my photos.

Very poor service. We were there around noon on a Saturday. We were seated right away and then proceeded to watch three other groups come in, be seated, and get orders done and we still didn’t see anyone for a drink! We waited for 15 minutes and still did not see a waiter or waitress. We are from out of state and here for a wedding. We were hoping to have a nice family meal before the wedding and were completely disappointed. I would not recommend to anyone unless they enjoy wasting time.

Great experience here, food was great as was the service. Wasn’t busy when we were there so no wait time. Waitress was training a new girl and both did a great job. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. Reasonably priced, nice atmosphere and even tho we didn’t indulge ourselves, the bakery available looked yummy! Definitely recommended.

Service was great! Our waitress was Maxine and she definitely knows how to provide service with a smile! Food was good. They need to pay a little more attention to cleaning. The ceiling around the vents was black. Overall, a pretty good experience.

Absolute worst restaurant experience of my life. Let’s be clear that there were 2 tables seated when we got there. 1 was eating already and the other got their food right after we ordered. When we arrived we had to wait for a clean booth, then were sat at a wet tabletop and wet seats. Ordered or food, were told they were out of crepes. 10 minutes later they were out of biscuits. After 25 minutes of waiting I asked the waitress how much longer on our food. She checked and came back and said 5 minutes. 10 more minutes go by, asked where our food was and asked to speak to a manager. Waitress came back with the bill and said the manager gave a discount and said you can have free dessert. Food finally came out 10 minutes later. Husbands eggs were not cooked right and had obviously been sitting out a long time. Skillet fixings were not cooked either. All the other food was fine. Waitress no where y be seen for our entire meal. Went up to the counter and again asked for the manager. Waiter responded she already discounted your bill. At this point we are literally the only customers in the restaurant. The manager finally came up, offered excuse after excuse, said she went back to help cook, she has two new cooks it’s not her fault, she already discounted us, etc. Not one apology.

I went in with my family. We were dissatisfied with our orders. The food tasted like it was sitting under the warming rack for way too long, we were waiting for more than an hour for our orders. Two orders were steak medallions and were to be made medium rare, but came out well done. When my father asked for his order to be remade, the side that came with his order was the same as what was on his original plate. The waitress Kyla or kyra, I don’t remember, she wasn’t very happy and was annoyed when I asked for my order to be redone. Also the prices were really high for what we got, and the portions were fairly small too. I am not happy at all with my dining experience at Perkins.
