Very busy had a bus load . And they knew they were coming. The omelet was dry, and the lemon marga pie was good but too high, $4.59. The tea was $3. Something. 13.99 for the omelet $3.19 for a cup of coffee. $25. And I left $5.00 tip. Took a long time to get checked out they may only have had 5 people working. Sad

Really exspensive for small amounts on some dishes other dishes are worth the price dont get the fish and shrimp with asparagus and rice very small peice of fish i had to order a second dish to be filled up. Cook discounted 10% off my whole ticket cause he agreed its not worth the price but its what they are given to work with. Amazing salads though and anything pie or bakery related is divine and hard to find elsewhere i would come here for pie alone. Great servers.

I guess the waitress didn’t understand me, I tried to explain I didn’t want my hot water in a carafe just in my cup (because it comes out smelling like coffee…and I can’t stand coffee). She brought it out in a carafe and said no coffee was put in it. It smelled liked coffee. This ALWAYS happens at Perkins that is why I ask for it in a cup. This waitress gets offended and gets manager involved… Ugh. All I want is hot tea with the water in the cup.

Ordered almost $100 worth of food to pick up in the early afternoon on Sunday June 18, 2023 and they forgot several items. So instead of eating our food while it’s still warm, we had to go all the way back to pick it up, wasting our time, gas & mileage. Last time we placed an order they also forgot 1 item, plus never added cheese to hash browns we paid extra for, but we never bothered saying anything that time. It wouldn’t be so bad if they would have at least apologized for their mistake and maybe gave us a free slice of pie or at least something for our trouble, but we got neither. The lady we talked to on phone was actually kind of rude about it.

Service was good. My Belgian waffle was cold enough that the “butter” never melted, but overall the breakfast and coffee were tasty. Needed the ladies room and just about puked when I walked in. The floor was sticky everywherei walked, all three toilet seats were splattered with urine and no covers to use – pretty disgusting

Went into perkins in Manitowoc wi on Thursday night just before 8. Before we could be seated, the waitress had to clean some tables. No problem. Then she seated us and said there would be a wait. Okay no problem. 10 minutes after we got seated, another couple come in, gets seated and waited on. Got their drinks and waitress starts taking their order. Needless to say, we got up and left as we didn’t even get a drink. The waitress who seated us was putting cutlery on the empty tables, no one even cared.

Live the 55+ menu, especially the end Benedict. The breakfast potatoes are so good. Service is attentive but not annoying. Coffee served in individual carafes, keeping it nice and hot. The price is right too, good value!

Came in for dinner as a family of 5. Waitress was amazing. But we waited over 40 minutes for food. Keep in mind the place was like empty. Listened to the music blaring out of the kitchen the entire time. Food was served cold. Even found some nice black hair in my eggs. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Came in today table for four. Waitress was great I must say. Most of us had skillets, food was served cold. Coffee was served in a thermos container and it was also cold and extremely bitter. I understand being short staffed, and not being able to accommodate everyone. Two bites out of my skillet and left it on the table. I don’t know if I’ll be back after this Experience. Was not the best at all by any means.
