We love this Perkins location! The food is always hot and tasty, and the service is pretty quick even when they’re super busy on a weekend morning.

I have been here several times and the food never disappoints. It can be busy at times but the hosts do the best to get you seated as soon as possible. The servers are extremely quick to bring food and drinks out. I love going here with my family!

Perkins is one of my favorite restaurants. No matter what time of the day you go there, you can get any meal that you want. I prefer breakfast for dinner and this outing was as tasty as ever. You’re missing out if you don’t try at least one breakfast item on the menu. The pancakes, eggs, omelets, hash browns, sausages, etc. are all feverishly fantastic. The service and general vibe are also both amazing. Our server, Bob, was a friendly fellow who guided us through our perfect dinner outing. Kudos Bob, we will be back. Pro tip: the syrup is free, so feel free to use as much as you want 😉

I love eating here! Great service and food! I’ve never waited longer than I expect for food and the refills come in time also! Dawn, the manager is great! Every time I’m there she asks about my wife and kids. It feels like she really knows and cares about my family!

If you’re handicapped, you should probably avoid this place like the plague. The nearest handicapped parking spot to the door is about 90 feet away. Unless you have a powered wheelchair or a mobility scooter you’re going to walk further than you want to. Someone did open the door for me and my wheelchair, so that’s a positive. Took the person at the front desk three tries to find my order. Pancakes with no syrup, no napkins, no utensils. Indifferent service at best…unpleasant might be more accurate. Fortunately there are other places I can go, because I won’t be returning.

Our server Rene was rude & defensive when I asked about ordering off kids menu. I’m a senior w limited income low appetite. He raised his voice and spoke rapidly with Hispanic accent. So I asked about senior menu and again didn’t understand. I was kind & respectful. I tried to get clarification & he said I go get manager!! Ok .he would only look at my friend & talk to her.

Do not go here if you are going too eat alone. The manager will be very upset. I walked in to have breakfast before work and Mary-jo, the manager on staff, asked me “how many” and it was very obvious that I was alone as no one but us were in the lobby. She shook her head and swiped a menu off the wall and rudely stomped away. I followed her in amazement at what was happening. When we got to the table, she slammed her hand down one 3 sets of silverware and swiped them away and then walked away. She was having a very bad morning. I almost didn’t sit down but I had to eat so I did my best to ignore it. When my food came out, the sausage and bacon were very uncooked. I ate here a lot and it never was like that before. The other ladies waiting tables were very nice and friendly and I tipped accordingly, as I always do. I tried reaching out to the general manager Dawn but I soon found out that I was given the number to the front desk. Guess who answered… There were about 15-20 tables empty, so I don’t know what the big deal was anyways. I went there that morning because the pancake house in Burnsville was jam packed as usual. Now I know why. I’m sure I’ll get a nice response to this review. I really hate doing this, but I was treated very bad and that is very unacceptable to the customers and the owners should know what she is doing. This is probably why the sales are not up! She would not be working here at all if it was my business.

There potatoe pancakes and bacon are very good and a large portion for senior menu. They also have good tasting coffee. No bitter taste if you like it black. We usually eat here weekday mornings and have always had the most courteous and pleasant servers.
