They seated us right away, but they put us in the back corner away from everyone. There were multiple flies bothering us the whole time we were there. We waited 10 minutes for the drinks to come. My drink was wrong. We waited another 10 minutes for her to take our order. Then we waited 30 minutes for pancakes. One order was wrong. Beverage refills happened at the end of the meal and were wrong again. We were not satisfied and may not return.

I meet five friends for lunch and our waitress was very friendly and handled our orders with ease. She left a pitcher of ice water for us which we appreciated. Also, she had no problem with making individual bills for each of us.

I have always loved Perkins and every where I go I know that the huge US flag will draw me in. Today was wonderful and my server Brynn was very nice and she was so upbeat and welcoming me making sure that I was taken good care of. The whole staff are hard workers and enjoy their place of work. Horrible experience! Waited quite a while to place our order. People around us seated after us were served before us. My wife asked for sausage gravy with her breakfast as well as a muffin. When breakfast is served, no gravy and no muffin. She waited five minutes for her gravy by then breakfast was cold. She also had to go ask for a refill on her pop. When she was finished with breakfast, she also had to go ask for her muffin don’t know that I’ll come back anytime soon!

Wait time was very long, service was poor. Took 30 minutes to get an order in for our table of five, and we didnt receive our order until over an hour after being seated. When our food came one of our items was missing completely and everything was cold. when it came time to comp that persons meal off the check they removed a percentage from each persons meal instead of just comping her meal so when we split the bill she was technically still paying for part of her meal despite never getting her food. When complaining to the server she had a standoffish attitude and told us “ive been doing this for 10 years, i know what im doing, dont blame me, its the kitchens fault” but regardless of whose fault it is you as the server are representing the restaurant and need to take accountability accordingly.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star review because that is cutting the line, first of all the food was disgusting, took 1 whole hour to get to us, waitress was rude, ZERO TIP for her, didn’t ask us if we wanted a box, gave the wrong drink and food. Overall Perkins in buffalo is not the place to go absolutely terrible! And we had to go get our own box! I can’t believe it, I am never going to this place AGAIN!
