We walked in on a Sunday morning for breakfast. There was no one there to take our name. The manager finally came over and was annoyed when I asked how long the wait was. We got seated at 11:14. The waitress brought our drinks and we ordered. 4 tables that were seated after us got their food and we were still waiting. I tried to ask the waitress but she wouldn’t even come to the table. 45 minutes later our food came. Over cooked eggs, and everything was cold, as if it had been sitting in the kitchen forever. The total apathy of the staff was amazing.

I like to eat here only because the food is actually really good. The service is terrible though. Every single time I come there it tales forever. Today, the server forgot to put our order in the computer. They comped our meal which is why I gave a tip, but we waited 45 minutes for our food to come out because the waitress actually forgot to put in our order. The time before we waited for an hour for the food. The time before that, there was lipstick on my husband’s glass. Call me stupid, but their food is so good. I just wish one time I could go there and actually get good service.

It took quite a while for us to be seated and even longer for our order to be taken. We saw several groups leaving while we waited, complaining that they’d sat there for long waits without their orders being taken. Once our order was placed it took a significant amount of time to get our food, which was mostly cold when it got there. The waitress was polite and gave us a discount on our order. I’m not sure where the problem originated because they seemed decently staffed and weren’t terribly busy, especially we with many groups leaving before ordering.

This place needs serious help. I came here with my husband and his sister after a late night game because it was the closest place that was still open and we were SO hungry. It wasn’t busy but it wasn’t empty, either. There seemed to be only 2 servers, both of which had their LONG HAIR DOWN. Gross. That was sign number one it was going to be bad. All of the food we ordered was cooked terribly. I hated the taste of my pancakes, and the texture was dry and hard. I couldn’t even eat my eggs because the taste of whatever had been cooked in the pan before them was infused into them. Don’t be lazy – please wash the dishes! Some of the food was burnt, some was cold. How on earth food can be cooked this bad in a restaurant is beyond me. I barely ate two bites of my meal, and my husband said his was not good either, but he was so hungry he just sucked it up and ate. The service was rude. These people don’t appear to care at all about their jobs. If this Perkins wants to stay in business, it needs much better management, tighter enforcement of health department rules, and to hire good servers. I don’t even want to think about all of the health code violations that go on in the kitchen based on the quality of everything else. We will never come back here.

My wife and I went to this Perkins on a Tuesday night for dinner. After we were seated I started feeling something crawling on my legs, I kept scratching and swatting all dinner long. I thought it was either fleas or nats. The food came out and my mac and cheese was still frozen in the middle. When I asked the server to take it back and to at least reheat it, the older manager lady kept giving us dirty looks. Our server was really nice and helpful, however the other servers were complaining about their tips and how slow they were. I remember when this restaurant used to be good thus it stayed busy. They need to understand that in order to keep up with all the restaurants in the area they have to step it up.

We waited 20 minutes for a table. We shouldn’t have. We have been seated for 40 minutes. Our glasses have been empty for 25. I stopped a waitress 10 minutes ago requesting a refill but no luck. At 50 minutes we left. Still no drink refills or food.

My waitress (Amanda Fisher) very friendly to everyone! Never had to ask for a refill on my drink because she was on top of it! Very nice to conversate with! Made her other costumers laugh! Prettiest smile! Food was great! Didn’t wait long at all! Deff be coming back.

Waiting an hour before we left (only 2 of us), our server forgot to put in our order, didn’t realize it till 30 MINS after we ordered, then she rushed around to put our order in. Then we waited for another 30 mins for our food. It never came, the party of 5 had gotten There order before ours.. Not happy at all. We just decided to leave.

No silverware (all dirty?) MILs pancake was cooked on a dirty pan (you could smell the egg and dirty grease), took an extra 30 min to get a new pancake, had to ask for refills and refills never actually came, and wanted to buy brownies and they didn’t even have enough. Just one thing after the other. They were very unorganized. The waitress was kind, just everyone seemed to have left their heads at home.
