We were towing our camper thru Wisconsin and getting hungry when I noticed Perla’s Place on the right side of the road. The parking lot looked camper friendly and so I pulled in on the spur of the moment. Not knowing what to expect, we went in and ordered lunch. Perla waited on us and asked us questions to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Our lunch was served promptly and it was terrific! We chatted with Perla for a little while and found her story fascinating. This is a great restaurant, and the efforts that this hard working family puts into it shows in the quality of the meals they prepare.

I am a local so when I heard that the restaurant was back open and with a fish fry I walked over. I was not disappointed at . they kept alot of the old tables that are very nice and clean. the wait staff are mostly first timers so take it easy on them they learning. but very nice . me and my girl for the fish dinners. and we both left full and happy. as did many other I saw happy. being a local I did get to see a few old faces from around the area. I say for any one that wants a good meal with decent prices or just to sit and watch the game with a cold drink to stop and say high . I will say I am a little sided on my review cuz when I walked in I found out a good friend of mine owned the place. I am very proud of her and hope many great things for the place and her family.

The owner was nice and greeted us right away but the food took almost an hour to come out and we order some of the easiest items on the menu and it was cold, i could hear she microwaved some of the food as well, and you could tell the grease in the fryer was so old, so our fried food tasted not the best, my pictures below was the chicken flautas and not much flavor and there was so much lettuce that really shouldn’t have come with it, the TV was loud and she never came and asked us how we were doing the whole time, probably won’t be back

Went out to lunch at this place with my future in laws. There was only two people there eating at the time. We were not seated right away. Once we were able to order it took forty five minutes to get my street tacos and a Philly cheese steak sandwich that had a burnt bun. It took an hour to get a pizza after we were told it would be 20 minutes for the pizza and six minutes for the other food. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. The waiter asked me if I wanted salsa for my tacos and I said yes but never got it. My future mother in law requested every topping on her pizza besides jalapeños and she only got half of what she wanted on her pizza. After we were done eating we waited for at least 15 minutes for our bill. I got up to find our waitress only to find her sitting at the bar eating food and watching tv. I had to ask for our check. After finally getting our bill my future mother in law told our waitress how disappointed she was that she didn’t get five of the toppings and the waiter stood there and said nothing, no apologies or anything. We had to go up to the bar to pay our bill and found her sitting at the bar watching tv again. We paid for our bill and she said nothing to us. Will not be going back to say the least.

By far the best bar I’ve ever been to. The hospitality is unmatched. Staff is very friendly, and service is always with a smile. Very authentic food, and the atmosphere is amazing. If you’re looking for a good time, this is definitely the place to go to! Would give more stars if I could.

Cheese curds were better than average, friday fish fry was good. The waitress were friendly. The only drawback is the limited menu and no salad bar. We will definitely return.
