You know what Perros Tacos was really good and filling. I mean you get gooey crispy cheese, the flour tortilla was buttery and had a nice powdery rough texture that I absolutely enjoy holding, the guac was extra on both tacos, they actually were not stingy with meat portion…they do need to brighten up the overall taste putting flavor that stand out including a lot more salt, they should provide salsa with your $10 taco no questions asked, they should develop the salsa and bring a spicy version and extra spicy and a creamy salsa too. That’s like standard all spots. They should offer some gourmet aromatic rice (hopefully soon) and refried beans even though the peruano beans was absolutely nice. Cotija pebbly grated cheese would be nice to get a funky texture. Idk i actually would return actually i think this spot crushes the hunger.
