Poor customers Services, food is just okay need to go back to the orginal recipe that the Perry boys use to do. Have a young kid working the the establishment . Taste like ketchup instead of bbq sauce. But very bad customers Services.

Tried it today for the first time. Worst bbq I’ve ever had. They need to rename the pulled pork sandwich to bbq soup sandwich. The sandwich was floating in a bbq sauce that tasted like ketchup in the container it was served in. Has to be eaten with a fork or spoon. I did manage to find a small piece of pork not covered in slop and it was bland and terrible. No wonder they drench the thing in bbq sauce or should I say ketchup. Soggy bread mixed with that slop on it was terrible. Ate about 3 bites and had to throw it away. The potato salad was okay but I paid for this as a separate side dish that had about 3 tablespoons of potato salad in the container. Don’t waste your money. If food has to be drenched in a disgusting bbq ketchup sauce to give it flavor, your food sucks.

Friendly service . Unfortunately Perry’s food is not like it use to be . I actually couldn’t eat . Even if we’re good the portions for the price is not worth it . My dogs enjoyed it so the money wasn’t a total waste .

I thought the prices were very good. For example, they have a turkey leg for $10, but it is very big. My brother ordered ribs and pulled pork for his family. Hands down, everyone loved the ribs and wished they had ordered more. The food they had smelled really good and I liked their signature BBQ sauce, enough to buy more of it to take back home.

I love Perry’s. It’s been a staple in the hood since I was a child. The food is good and the service is fast. I have a lot of favorites but my favorite order is the BBQ sandwich with extra skins and mild sauce on the side. The mix of the crunchy skins and the softness of the shredded BBQ is like joy in your mouth.

We happened upon this place as we were looking for a place to eat for my husband’s birthday. It had great photos on Yelp so we decided to try it. I had the Nashville Hot Catfish with French Fries, my husband had the Ribeye with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, and my mother in law had the ribeye with seasonal vegetables. Everything was delicious!
