So great to have a Persian restaurant in Oakland. The location has a nice patio you can sit. The food is great! We’ve been there many times and this last time, the kabab koobideh was even better than before. The kabob was juicy and very flavorful! The flavors burst in your mouth. Fresh tasty bread. We came for the Persian nights at Bacheesos and the food was delicious! Since we are both vegan, we really appreciated that they had vegan options, which is rare for Persian restaurants. We tried the vegan gormeh sabzi and vegan geimeh bademjan and both were tasty. They came with rice with tahdig that was well made. Additionally, our waiter was very nice and friendly. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We highly recommend this place!

We ate here for the first time last night and was incredibly happy I finally did. I couldn’t believe tachin was on the menu, I’d never seen that before. I’m very picky when it comes to judging Persian food, as I’ve been spoiled most of my life, but I was blown away at how amazingly delicious this meal was. My other half had the fesenjoon, which was also excellent. I also appreciated the time the staff took to chat with us throughout our time there. I live in the area and will definitely be back.
