Excellent all around. We ate at Perso for our 15th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful evening. We had a few dietary concerns to address and the server was patient and very helpful on this evening. Looking forward to going back when the fall menu drops.

Listen to me. This picture doesn’t do justice to the fish that melts in my mouth, nor the zing of the citrus lime crust, nor the perfectly cooked onions, the spicy sauce, and slightly sweet I-have-no-idea-what purple deliciousness. All I can tell you is that this man is a culinary wizard. I will fight anyone that doesn’t think he deserves a Michelin star. Trust me, this picture or the half finished state of my plate is nothing but an overwhelming endorsement for this man and his food. Chef Emil, you’re simple amazing, and I love you.

Square Cut is my favorite spot in Louisville. Cool vibes and best margarita in town (and I’ve done the research). Everything on the menu is incredible – it’s hard to choose, so I recommend the Chef’s Table.

Great experience! Chef Emil and his team were fantastic! Very attentive, knowledgable and fun. The quality and flavor of each dish we tried far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend you give Perso a try. We drove from Indianapolis and will happily make the 2.5 hour trip again soon!
