Loved this place. The pizza is like an NYC pie but created by an authentic Italian family that owns the place. This is a gem place. Gotta go back soon to try the rest of the menu. Our salad was a great fresh option, and the portion was generous, which is important for salad. We ordered a quattro formaggi pizza that was delicious (I find that only authentic places have this pizza). The crust is light and thin. Last but not least, service was friendly and welcoming.

I’m from Perugia, but I currently reside in NYC. I recently came across a story online about a new restaurant launching in New Jersey. I couldn’t hold back. When I arrived yesterday, I was incredibly welcomed. Seeing pictures of my hometown on the walls made me quite emotional. At that time, Jimmy and Donika were very busy, yet we still had time to get to know one another. There are many shared friends, memories of our city, and so on. then comes the meal. For a very long time, I had a “Norcina” in my dreams. I was curious to know if it would test the same as “our” Norcina. The components are from Italy, and the cooking time is proper, therefore it most definitely did, It’s not already pre-cooked; instead, it is prepared fresh each time, like it should be; it might take an extra five minutes to be served, but that’s how it should be! Then comes the torta al testo, a special delicacy that can only be found in Umbria. And once more, delicious! So in the end, it was a beautiful day with wonderful company and delicious food. We will undoubtedly learn more about “Perusia” in the near future. I’ll return soon and bring more buddies with me. I appreciate you, Perusia family.

I love their margarita pizza. The crust is nice and crispy and their ingredients taste very fresh. The prices are average for pizza in the area but the ingredients are fresh. We’ve also gotten the charcuterie board app which is even good to go!

The pizza is okay. Lots of oil, mostly a cheese flavor, not too much sauce. The largest size you can get is 16”, and that’ll run you $18 for a plain. Crispy crust, dough has that same feel that nyc $1 slice dough has. Overall, the kind of pizza you drink a soda with and it’s alright.

Great pizza. Best in town. The Buffalo mozz pizza is incredible. My kids love the Fritto Misto as well. The chicken cutlets are tasty as well, similar to my nonna’s.
