I usually like everything about this PPP but today the pizza was like warm and the toppings were not on some slices. It seemed like they just didn’t care I was paying 43 dollars for 2 pizzas. The girl opened the box I wish I would have paid attention.

I order a special, and when the buzzard rang I went to get the pizza and wings, the guy told me” you’ll have to come back for the wings they’re not ready.” I was super sad I wasnt in mood to get up again and go and get settle to eat. So I went on my way to sit and eat and drink and have fun, but still sad cause at one point that will end. But then i saw the assistant manager come up with my wings and said all done sir, ! I was so amazed and in awe because that guy took his time and still manage our table to make sure i was truly at 100%:satisfied! I will forever go eat here, and my kids kids will eat here!as long this type of employees are trained and hired. Great job for the service, the food is always great.

Kids seem to like this pizza but as an adult taste like chef boy r d sauce. Not great at all and no options if you want to take your kids but don’t like the pizza. I would say you can just take the kids to play games but they are better places to play game not my favorite place

My kids love going at a certain time where there isn’t a lot of people and kids and they get to enjoy all the games without them waiting for a long time. Now they have reloadable cards instead of coins which I think is better.

Customer service sucks. 2 short ladies who I assume were managers because they wore black polos let orders just sit there and pizza get cold instead of trying to see if the customer is there to pick up. Other employees just sitting around not really doing anything who could be handing orders out.
