This place needs to revamp. The kids working behind the counter seem like they never received training. They are spinning in circles and seems way too chaotic then it actually is. For the prices the food and atmosphere could be exceptionally better. I will definitely not be returning here. I would rather just spend a tiny bit more and go to Main Event. The arcade is outdated and crammed into a small space. If this was a mom and pop type place I would be less critical, but it’s a huge chain.

If you haven’t been to Peter Piper Pizza lately, it’s time to go back. The lunch buffet is as good as you remember, maybe even better. Just a reminder if they don’t have the kind of pizza, you like on the Buffet, you can ask them to make one. We did. We like veggie pizza, and they rarely have it available but if you ask to make one just for you. Games used to be very expensive at a quarter or $.50 apiece. But now you pay for time. Time is not cheap $16 for 30 minutes. But you get a discount if you go for an hour or more. And the kids can play a lot of games in 30 minutes. So give it a go. We did with our grandkids and everybody had a great time. Remember they frequently have coupons, so take it vantage of those as well.

it’s okay i guess.. I love their pizza but the attitude of their employees in unbearable. The employees messed up my orders we waited for 45 minutes.. and the lady was rude and was unhelpful. I waited again for my wings for 30 minutes and had to talk to a manager just too for her to start making them. I ordered around 7pm and got them finally around 8:15 pm. I had horrible customer service another incident was she’s being rude with my little cousin too. In the same day, my little cousin lost the card behind a game it went in between a little crevice. I asked for help and the employee said he couldn’t find it and gave me the rudest comment ever mentioning “it’s not my problem you lost it”. Overall horrible customer service their pizza is my favorite just not the best employees.

Pleasantly surprised at the value, fun and good food. Took the family here late Saturday night. Thought it would be busier but actually was not too bad. A couple of birthday parties and regular walk ins like us. Ordered pizza and some wings. Both were good…tasty and kid friendly. Arcade was clean and almost everything worked. Had an issue once and it was taken care of quickly. Good mix of 1 and 2 token machines. Tickets are double points and added up fast. Son loved the dinosaur crane machine. Overall good experience and we’ll be going back.

Very disappointing. We went here to treat my son at the beginning of Spring Break. The buffet looked sad and neglected to we opted to order off the regular menu. After 40 min we got a under proofed pizza and never did get our appetizer. Couldn’t even get employees attention to find remainder of food. When I went to speak with manager she was busy getting ear full of upset guests. My son couldn’t even use his card in gameroom as many games were not functioning. We opted to just leave and give feedback on the receipt survey. Never even heard back from anyone after asking. Being in the business prior for 20 odd years I am usually very forgiving. This was bad, clearly understaffed and staff that was there was struggling to be productive. But zero follow up, makes it so much worse.

3 stars because the food we did get was good. And we got a refund for the food we didn’t get. Now the story: went in with a party of 4 adults. Ordered a pizza and breadsticks. We got the breadsticks and they were good. We were waiting for the pizza but we came to find out our order was entered wrong so when we asked for our order they also hadn’t made it yet. At this point we already needed to leave to get to the airport so we asked for a refund only on the pizza and they gave it to us. Place needs structure. There was no one in the kitchen or register area while we were trying to find out where our pizza was. Saw 2 employees cleaning 1 table and only that one table, while there were obvious other tables that needed cleaning. It seemed more like a free for all.

Kids don’t mind it when we come, but the customer service and organization during school fundraisers is bad. Waited 45mins for our pizza and someone else snagged it because the employees didnt verify orders. Not to mention the games are usually out of order or don’t work but still take tokens.

Ordered pizza for take out and Joseph greeted me as soon as I walked up to pick up counter. He was very nice and answered all my questions. He was the only employee working front counter from ovens to register at the time I visited the location. Thank you Joseph!

We had our daughters birthday here today and love it. This location is very clean and the staff is helpful. Alex assisted with our party and he made the experience great. He provided excellent customer service even with last minute changes.
