Peter Piper USED to be great. Now the employees don’t care. They shut down the adult seating area at 5pm. One of my pizzas came out black. The lady asked if it was ok or if I wanted her to make a new one. I asked for a new one (after waiting 40 minutes for my pizza) I finally an hour and a half later asked to have my pizza boxed so I could go home. Our other pizza came out in the mean time and it was cold. I spent $80. It was horrible. The prizes were terrible, the quality was never great, but now the toys are horrible. Half the machines were out of order and the dinosaur game has 3 dinosaur toys in it. Take the drive, go to Tucson or Phoenix. It isn’t worth it anymore. The employees were rude. Didn’t apologize or anything.

It is a noise factory. Pizza is so-so. The atmosphere is that of a convention center. Never actually saw an employee that wasn’t behind a counter.

This place used to be where we would go once a week with the kids. Now that it is just us, we stop in every now and then. On the last two visits, the same register person was impatient, although there wasn’t a line. She didn’t listen carefully and just wanted us gone. When we got our order, I asked for thin crust and got regular, and the wings tasted like old oil. I know there is a problem with the restaurant industry and staffing, but the food and the staffing aren’t worth the price anymore. Won’t be going back for a while. It was maybe 4 diners there at 130 in the afternoon. That in itself speaks volumes.

It was awesome. Now it will always be loud because of the amount of kids, but the staff always tries to help, no matter what. We had an issue with the birthday tickets on my son’s card, they fixed it in about 3 seconds. Awesome job from the staff!
