We love Peter Piper’s but this location has just been so bad the past few months!! My husband and I have been coming here for years since it’s only five minutes away. Today we went in for a New York pizza and it was full of seasoning on one slice. We were gonna let it go but when we tried it, it had barely any sauce and was super salty! Seriously have never been so disgusted with PPP! We called to get it remade and it seems that they recognized my husband’s number because they didn’t pick up – I called at the same time as him and they answered right away. When he went back he didn’t get a single apology and instead just got dirty looks. This location just needs a whole new crew and people who actually want to work. We keep going in thinking it’s gonna be as good as it used to be but end up disappointed every single time. We will just be driving 15 minutes to the Oracle location from now on.

Had a Birthday party for my 3 year old grandson. Had a blast. Not sure what you call the staff member (young Male with a ponytail was very polite) who helps with the party but he did a great job. We invited a certain amount of people and lots more showed up to help celebrate and the staff were able to accommodate our party. Key cards are used for the play area, didn’t have sugar free tea so good thing I took my own water. We cleaned up mostly, but had a great time, especially the Birthday boy!

I specifically order extra pepperoni at this PPP cause they tend to lack. I checked the pizza before leaving and this is their definition of “extra”. Asked management and she said that was their extra pepperoni. NEVER have this problem at the 12th Ave or Spectrum location (see pics). Take a guess which one is the Spectrum location and which is the Silverbell location!

Went in to get 2 pizzas and wings. Staff was not very welcoming. Didn’t get a hello or what can I help you with. They just waited for me to talk. After receiving my order the same interaction happen. Not a have a good day or anything. Very disappointing since PPP is supposed to be welcoming and for kids.

The food was good, but would have been better if we were able to eat it when the Door Dash driver delivered. An error was made with our order and part of our order wasn’t given to the driver and was still at the restaurant. So after paying the restaurant $3.99 delivery fee and tipping the driver 20%, we had to go pick up the rest of our order. In total we spent over $100. We are not from the area and chose delivery because we didn’t want to get back out after a long day. Being a business owner probably skews my reaction, but their response at the store was underwhelming. They said sorry, but some gesture to apologize for our inconvenience would have been good customer service.
