Poor customer service ( No Greeting). I ordered their burger lunch special, just to learn that their burgers are microwaved. I asked the employee if he just microwaved my burger and he said “Yes, the burgers come precooked”. I ate the $.50 bag of chips and drank my drink. The burger went right in the trash when I got back to my office. I always try to spend my money locally, but $8.00 for microwave burger, chips, and drink. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Would have left a 5 star review, but the last couple of times there milkshakes have been too thick to even drink. Like VERY THICK. A milkshake is a drink, I don’t want to eat it with a spoon. If this problem would be fixed would definitely go back up to 5 stars.

Well I was really excited about trying this place after finding it online. We were just passing through Ripley on our way back to Ohio from North Carolina. I love looking up all the little towns we go through to see what they have going on. But pets hotdogs was a little disappointing. don’t get me wrong it was ok but just ok the hotdogs itself was just a little tiny thing the bun was good and the topping were okay but you can get better hotdogs at home and they are way cheaper I feel that if you are named for your hotdogs they should be a little better quality hotdogs but the frozen lemonade is good

One of those special “off-the-highway” local finds. My husband and I commonly drive between Detroit where we live and Roanoke where were from and Pete’s has become our staple stop. Ripley is a cute town to drive through and reminds me of classic small town West Virginia. The workers at Pete’s are always great and the hot dogs always hit the spot.
