What a great broth, excellent depth of flavor!! We had the phantastic pho and a vermicelli bowl. They had Vietnamese sausage and we were able to add it. We eat Vietnamese food often and this was top notch. Will come again when back in town. Service was fantastic.

Phô is my all-time fav dish as are Vietnamese spring rolls. I’ve eaten at Vietnamese restaurants from NY to LA. These spring rolls had zero taste. No basil or any other flavor. Tasted like Romain lettuce in the rolls. The peanut sauce was disgusting. I used Sriracha for any flavor at all. The Phô was barely warm. The noodles were thick and tough. The chicken was like something out of a generic brand of a can of Chicken Noodle soup. Big chunks instead of flat smooth boiled. I’ve never not finished a bowl of Phô and thought it was my all-time fav dish, worst lunch ever.

We ordered take out..vegan and shrimp pho. Both tasted phenomenal. Packaged thoughtfully. Was hot until we were ready to eat..the staff was friendly and quick. There were no delays and the order was ready to pick up.

We moved from Madison to Marshall County this year. Huntsville has several great Vietnamese places but we were happy to find one a little closer to our new home. Waitress was nice and helpful. I had the Phantastic Pho and it did not disappoint. My wife got her pho so spicy that she had to sign a waiver (not a joke, that’s a thing). She said it was delicious, but she looked like she was legitimately suffering… so I don’t know that I can recommend that in good faith. Will definitely go back.
