Burger was decent. Made in a smash burger way. Staff was nice but inefficient and wait was about 20 minutes with burgers in a line getting cold while they forgot to make fries then caught up. Tater tots looked amazing. Places to order and also another spot kind of hidden around back (just walk around behind the place, sometimes much shorter line). Was OK but not worth the hassle. Other places in Assembly Food Hall were awesome and this place has good potential but team would benefit from more customer oriented guidance.

I visited the restaurant located inside Nashville Airport, and I was impressed with the fast service and excellent customer service. I decided to order the classic Pharmacy Burger, and it was absolutely amazing! The cheeseburger was perfectly crafted and had a wonderful old-fashioned taste. I highly recommend it to anyone! The total cost for a burger with fries and a lemonade came to $16.93.

I’m not that picky. We all make mistakes and that’s fine. But today I had a piece of paper on my vegan chicken burger. It being vegan and all, I hardly noticed save for the weird texture. The sweet potato fries were delicious. I couldn’t order a beer due to their liquor license issues so I had to zip over to the nearby bar. Overall, I was pleased with a tasty meal.

Trying to decide if you should go? Do it! The burgers are great and are really a good size. Food was made to order quickly. My wife and I split a burger and fries. The burgers and fries were well seasoned and not bland like other burger places. 5 stars!

Fifth and Broadway is awesome – and super busy, but you have to go. Lots of great shops and places to eat. Pharmacy Burger was mid, average, nothing special, and in a town with so many great choices, they’re going to need to up their game! I tried it for two reasons – a good burger always sounds like a good idea to me and the line was shorter than other places. Burger was average, tots were good. Hard to find a place to sit and eat – go with a group and half of you secure a place to eat first while the other half goes and orders food, then switch. Again, love Fifth and Broadway – first time there, and I’d go back in a second, but probably not to Pharmacy Burger.

The staff were slow to get to the counter and seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than the customers. At least the burger was good or this would have been a three star review. This burger was very juicy, took seven napkins to clean it off my fingers. The bun was surprisingly good.

I crave these burgers whenever I stop by Nashville! When first entering the food hall, you can smell the burgers and fries. They have a limited menu compared to the one in East Nashville, but I like this location for the downtown convenience. While waiting, you can grab a table and they will text you when your order is ready. They still give a lot of fries/tots and I like you can substitute their beef patties for chicken. Can’t wait for their airport location to open for an even more convenient spot for my work trips through Nashville

Great place to grab a quick bite. I waited a while for someone to come from the back and take my order. I ordered a cheese burger and fries. My food was freshly prepared. The burger and fries were well seasoned and very tasty. Excuse the bite out of my burger, I was hungry! I would dine here again!
