I had a pleasant experience. I like how they learn your name and not a number, to call you when your order is ready. My turkey burger was prepared promptly and to my liking. I added egg and avocado (my favs). And it was tasty. I prefer crispy fries but perhaps if I request it next time, they’ll be crispy instead.

This is a awesome hole in the wall that is black owned and woman owned. The phat daddy burger is immaculate and will have you coming back for more. The angus beef patties are delicious and seasoned well. The burger comes with bacon, lettuce, tomato and fresh cut fries. Nothing is frozen here. The turkey tacos are also scrumptious and full of flavor. Come support local businesses and try something fresh and delectable.

Who had a bad experience had here? I don’t know if that is even possible! The lady at the window is super nice she even gave me a phat daddy punch after I forgot to add it yo my order. My burger was amazing I got a “Big Ol Phat” and “Double Phat” with Sweet Potato Fries. I am huge on customer service and the service here was phenomenal. Please do not let the negative reviews discourage you from coming to this spot! You will miss out on the best burger of your life if you don’t try out this place!

Clerk was not willing to honor the wait time and she was quick to suggest the if wanted a refund . And on top of it she didn’t refund or gave me a return receipt, full of attitude. Waste of time place is dirty and nasty

It was OK for my 1st time there the building could you some fixing up, the staff was pleasant and a little friendly. my Burger was OK the meat needs a little bit more seasoning and little more mayonnaise it was a little dry. I did like the chopped up lettuce in the pickles I could I have a little bit more avocado. I will give them another try.
