Just go there!! Seriously . I’ve been so excited to try this restaurant and I finally made the 45 minute drive and boy was it worth it! Very clean, well decorated, wonderful staff! Greeted immediately when walking in!! The food was fantastic we ordered enough to take home and have again tomorrow because we couldn’t decide. The cannolis are yummy!! The salads are outstanding and the pastas have great flavor and texture. We will definitely be back!

First time visiting…. the pizza was better than expected! We are a pizza family and all 5 of us agreed the pizza was great. The prices are good too. We had four adults and one teenager…. and our bill was only $51 including a few beers. I will definitely be back.

Disappointed in the quality of the italian beef. More like Arbys style meat. Way over priced for not in house cooked meat. Meatball sub was average. Cheese dip was excellent and service was good. $46 not including tip for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and an appetizer. Not on our list to return.

This restaurant served one of the best Italian meals We have ever enjoyed. We ordered the Parmesan truffle fries as an appetizer. The entree of Chicken pesto with goat cheese was beyond excellent. I wanted to lick the plate ! Our dessert of lemon cello cake was also a perfect end to a scrumptious dinner. Truely a hidden gem of a restaurant.

Best kept secret at the Lake. I am not one to post reviews but feel compelled to share this because of how amazing the food is at Phat Sal’s West. We’ve been there twice now and it’s honestly some of the best food at the lake. Don’t let the “pizza, pasta and subs” tag line fool you. We had the best lasagne, stuffed mushrooms, truffle fries and Butternut squash ravioli I’ve ever had. We’ll get to the pizza at some point but my God the food here is amazing. Try it. You’ll see what what I mean. Oh and great wine and drink menus as well!

Ordered Carry Out. This was my first time. The place was Clean. The Staff Very friendly and appreciative. It was a little quiet for the time of day. I hope they do well. Oh, the pizza was great and the dessert was eaten first!

The Food tastes great, always fast service, and very polite workers. This is the best Italian joint I’ve ever been to and it is very nice, the only reason I rated their food a 4 is because their Chicago Beef is not an authentic Chicago Beef, I would love to see you guys really get authentic with the food, study, taste it, and perfect it, and remember to have fun!

Atmosphere had a bit of a nondescript vibe. Food was not nearly as good as I expected. 1 member of our party ordered the Phat Sal salad it was your basic salad with fat too much pepperoni and lacking volume on the other meats, the other 2 ordered sandwiches. They were edible but nothing to write home about. And all extremely pricy 3 soft drinks, 1 appetizer, 1 salad meal, 2 sandwich meals over $70 pre-tip.
