I eat here once or twice a week ribs tips and Friday chicken is phenomenal..but my last 3 visits the ribs tips just ain’t pressure like they use to be I am really sad now because didn’t even eats them.smh

Well I was passing thru this Sunday afternoon and I had a STRONG urge to find me some RIB TIPS .. About 4 years ago I tried some in the Chicago land area and became ADDICTED . Fast forward to today GOOGLE maps showed me that there was a BBQ place right down the road from the truck stops in Lake Station INdiana and I be Damed they sell rib tips . I noticed I could get in there with a Semi Truck so I exited on my way to PHENOMENAL RIBS !!!! Well unfortunately they were sold out being its 30 min before close on a sunday evening but the owner KENDALL suggested a slab of ribs . Well ribs it is then . To my surprise the ribs were absolutely” PHENOMENAL “.

The turkey tips were suuuuuper dry!! I go out searching for turkey tips and these are THEEE dryest in Northwest Indiana. Their tips are made with the white meat vs the dark and you can NOT overcook tips made with white meat. The flavor was on point, but they were too dry.

I called in about an hour ahead of time because they take forever to make my food even if I call it in so I gave it a good 45 to an hour bruh they still ain’t have my order they almost didn’t even find it then the two ladies said different times one said a 5 min wait on fries n the lady at the counter said 10-15 minute wait I had to go to work I wasn’t about to wait a single minute I called an hour ago get real ,
