We opted for two of the lunch specials today. My boyfriend had the steak quesadillas (homemade tortillas, steak, onions, mushrooms and cheese! I tried the broccoli and bacon soup. It had so much smoky bacon flavor! I also had the turkey, swiss, spinach and avocado melt. Everything was fantastic and the service is always good!

Very busy when my wife and I arrived but still got seated within 5 minutes. Waitress was quick to get our order and they food arrived before my cup of coffee was done; a barometer for speed of service for me. The portions were excellent. The food was very good as was the service. I had the Philly Steak and Avocado omlettes and my wife had the Big Meat Skillet. All this as the restaurant was very busy. Phil-B’s Café will become my go-go breakfast place. Gonna try their lunch menu next.

Delicious food. Ordered the Italian beef with mozzarella cheese sandwich with peppercciinis on the side and fries. Absolutely delicious. Kind waitresses and it’s very comfy and cozy place to eat. Try it. I’m sure you’ll agree with me.

We came in for Mother’s Day sat down and never received water nor got waited on for over 10 minutes. Two other people came in after and got service right away. People there were rude and disrespectful. Won’t be back. Also there was about 4 other women behind the counter doing nothing. We need a new restaurant in Valparaiso that caters to customer service
