Had the Pleasure of eating here today. Everything was good. My order was correct upon me receiving it. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich mixed sauce with beans. My second order was rib tip sandwich mixed sauce w/potato salad. Oh and extra bread . Thank you Phillips Bar-B-Que for a pleasant experience.

The customer service was really great and I enjoyed the beef ribs. The rest of the food tasted like it was a couple days old and had been drenched in sauce to hide that it wasn’t prepared that day. Potato salad tasted store bought and the bread they included had a weird aftertaste like it was in the fridge next to something with a stench.

I ordered a slab if baby back ribs. They were a mixture of baby back and regular ribs cut to look like baby back ribs. I will not go there again. I will stick with DICKEY’S barbecue. At least they are consistent.

We ordered the full rib tips, potato salad, beans,greens. The rib tips looked like a half portion instead of the full. The potato salad was dry and the greens didn’t taste good. The beans were ok. We weren’t disappointed on this visit at Lucille’s. For the money we spent and the bad service that we received.

I was expecting a bit more. The sides were definitely not great, macaroni was bland straight out the jar, yuck. The beans; can beans with added bbq sauce. The ribs and rib tips, I was expecting seasoned meat, nah, it was cooked well but bland. And the sauce could have had some spices added.

Hadn’t been there in years …..I returned yesterday Wednesday…….I ordered one deluxe plate , one pork rib dinner, one hot link dinner and a chicken dinner….sides beans, potato salad ….. specifically ask for mild sauce……the ORDER WAS DEAD ON CORRECT ….THE MEAT WAS BEYOND GOOD ….IT WAS AND IS THE BOMB !!!
