This location offers two different eating areas located right across from each other, and they each have their very own unique menu. Customers can choose to dine inside their main restaurant or outside near the water and with beautiful views! I have only been here twice, and both times I’ve eaten inside their main restaurant area, but I would love to experience their outside area one day!

A bit on the pricier side, but if you get a sandwich and an appetizer you can get a very filling meal for $30. Fish sandwich was great- the breading stayed crunchy and the fish was very tender. I would have liked some more onion crisps in the lollipop pork. It came with 2 pieces, and it was pretty filling since they were quite large. Great interior design! Our server was amazing, and our food came out quick when we went at 7:45PM. We were seated within 5 minutes on a Tuesday evening.

We ate outside of the main restaurant.( There is a separate outdoor seating option with a different menu also.) We got seated right away. Service was great. Everything was full of flavor. I had steak and a crabcake. My child ordered the mac and cheese from the kids menu. Great choice as it was homemade, white cheese sauce and not a KRAFT type of macaroni. Definitely worth it.

Diamond has terrific customer service skills! Not only did he accommodate our order of lobster rolls (an item not present on the menu), but when he learned that my wife was hoping they would come with french fries (they came with Utz potato chips), he brought us a side of fries! We were also celebrating a birthday and he made us feel like we made the best choice coming to Phillip’s! On another note, the food was delicious as were the desserts (we had the cinnamon bread budding and cheesecake). Thank you so much Diamond. We truly appreciate your hospitality and service.

Always need to eat at Phillips when I’m in Baltimore. Food is incredible and service is even better. Our waiter (Dominick) was extremely attentive and cordial. I left my Credit Card at the table and he tracked me down on the sidewalk down the street to return it!

Everything I was looking for in regards to an eating experience in Baltimore. Outside picnic style tables overlooking the harbor, a wonderful staff and delicious crabs and shrimp. Our server was Britney and she was awesome!They also had a good Bloody Mary and even live music! I guess it could be considered a tourist trap…..consider me trapped !
