This burger has no taste the lettuce is very old and soggy like my lettuce looks black I was so hype to try your food from the pictures and it’s a complete disappointment NEVER WILL I TRY THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ITS A SHAME THOUGHT CENTER CITY HAD THE BEST SPOTS ♂️

Really great food very impressed! I tried to check out the yelp before ordering delivery from Caviar and didn’t see any reviews and I was compelled to leave one. Everything was exactly as we ordered and was delivered very quickly! We ordered the combo with the Oreo shake and then a solo burger with the combo that had the shake and fries (roommate wanted B&W shake and to modify the burger). Everything was huge so much food for the price. The burger was good you could tell it was good quality, the milkshake had tons of Oreo, and the fries were fresh cut almost like boardwalk fries. Will definitely order again and when things are able to open again I will check it out in person!

Horrible experience. We receives 4 overcooked burgers that we ordered medium rare and rare. We ordered regular fries that were missing. I called up and they said sorry nothing we can do. Manager wouldn’t even get on phone. Upsetting to spend over $70 on food and was trying to support a business and basically they take advantage of it.

We called for pick up. Arrive from West Mt airy, and we got our food right away and when we got home burgers still warmed. Taste and textures were incredible delicious. We definitely will be back to pick up more delicious treats. Keep it up!!!! we almost out of the woods!!! Thanks for still cooking great food.

The customer service here is unprecedented! I forgot my shake and cookies and an employee drove them to my house even though it was after hours without even being asked. The food is always amazing with great vegan options too. Cookies and shakes are delicious too!

Ordered food and was told it was delivered over an hour ago. The person I talked to said I’m sorry, I can’t help you, so here’s your money back. No explanation as to who delivered it, or why I never got it. Didn’t offer to send another order. Awful response. I know the food service has been hit hard, but it would’ve been nice to at least get an answer. Especially after over 2 hours of waiting. Thanks for nothing. My money’s even going to take a few days to come back. Guess I’ll have to call to see if that was delivered or not.

we ordered from caviar and it was fair. None of the burgers were prepared right. we asked for no sauce or onions, lettuce,etc and they completely ignored our requests. We ordered 4 burgers.The shakes were ok. will not order again

I’ve gotten delivery three times now during the pandemic and this is is now my go to place for a solid burger when I’m craving. The patty was actually cooked to the requested doneness all three times and I really dig the roll they use for their cheeseburger hoagies. T H I C C shakes and fries
