Fast, fresh and hot! Been driving by this place for over 10 years, finally decided to stop and try it. The inside is basic mismatched chairs and tables but if you want a great cheese steak – they have several options plus cheeseburgers, sandwiches, and salads.

The Texan cheesesteak sandwiches we ordered yesterday with curly fries and cheese dip was so delicious, to the point I came back today to try the burger. The cheeseburger wasn’t that great, this is the only reason I didn’t give the restaurant 5 stars. Be prepared to pay 14 bucks and some change for a cheeseburger or cheesesteak combo meal.

Don’t judge a book by its cover – If you’ve never been to the best kept secret in Bastrop, you are definitely missing out! Tucked away in a quiet little corner, the food speaks volumes! I have not had anything from the menu that wasn’t fresh, flavorful and overall excellent. Great combo prices & a great variety, even for picky eaters. Something for everyone, from cheesesteak to wings, burgers, salads. Support local small businesses, y’all!

I ordered the 10 in.³ Texan and it was delicious. The sub roll was exceptional. It had a light outer crust and a fluffy soft inside which made it phenomenal. The Philly and curly fries were hot and fresh. The cheese sauce is a must have to dip your fries in. The only cons is that I wish I had a few more fries and be a easier on the wallet. Overall good food and good customer service. I recommend Philly cheesesteak corner in Bastrop Texas.

Friendly, pleasant and kind service. I ordered the 10″ teriyaki cheese steak to go. Hardly any wait as they prepared my order and brought it to me in the standard styrofoam container in a bag with a nicely tied handle. I got home an opened the lid and there was a giant cheesesteak sandwich…too big to neatly bite into, so I went to kitchen for knife and fork. The meat was still piping hot and fresh, onions perfectly grilled and carmelized with a slice of mozzarella cheese melted on top. Bread was warm, fresh and chewy on the inside. I very much enjoyed my cheesesteak, and really appreciate their friendly service. Great job!

First time trying out Philly cheesesteaks and I must say they are so delicious!! We tried the signature cheesesteak which is number 4! The place is clean and they freshly prepared every order! Small place but quite a few seats. Plenty of parking as well. Definitely come back for more if I pass by Bastrop! It’s a gem!

The picture may not look like much but, that was a very good sandwich. Great little place kind of a hidden gem tucked away in that little corner. Nice folks and food was great. Definitely worth a visit or many. I ordered the Texas Philly.
