Barely meets the legal definition of a cheesesteak (some would argue it doesn’t). Sits somewhere between a cheesesteak and a ground beef sandwich. Was missing the peppers and onions I ordered. Was $16. Fries were ok. No free tables.

Got very bad food poisoning from here. Ordered a chicken cheesesteak with eggs and I think marinara sauce. Messed me up so bad I spent half of a 6 hour flight in the bathroom and it was coming out from both ends. Avoid this place at all costs. Should be shut down!!! Now I understand why there was no line to get food from here and the line for Dunkin’s was mad long.

If you are a person who gets to the airport 3+ hours early, you are one of the lucky ones who may be able to eat a Philly cheesesteak before catching your flight…. that is providing you have no intention on getting water, going to the toilet, or browsing the duty free.

It’s food, Jim! Just not as we know it… Food was about what you’d expect looking at the place. Really hate the order-on-a-tablet experience. Most of the stars removed are because their menu says they’re serving breakfast until 11a, but the staff waives people away from the tablet starting at 10:30am. Not staff’s fault; they need to turn everything over for lunch menu. But management shouldn’t be posting misleading hours; if breakfast ends at 10:30a and lunch starts at 11a, great, but say so.

An extremely bland, quite frankly tasteless cheesesteak. I had to put my order in on a tablet without talking to anyone and they didn’t even have the decency to tell me they didn’t have Cheese Whiz available until they had all but made up my order. Menus say “An OTG Experience”… more of an embarrassment than an experience.

OK let’s start with very rude old guy. He didn’t ask if you was interested in and condiments. Made the over price sandwiches so poorly. Gave old lettuce leave from outside then lettuce. Forgot my tomatoes and onions. You would think he could have said soda machine was broken and you have to get a warm bottle soda with no available ice or a cup. I see why he works in an airport store he and this awful establishment couldn’t survive in the real world. PLEASE don’t do it to yourself better you get a bag of chips.
