Food cooked fresh so naturally it takes time to cook. But cooked fresh is always better. Was good but at first i did not think they put cheese on it but i guess they just dont put a lot so kind of a bummer. Fries are unseasoned just plain fries. Have to pay 50cents for sauces like ranch to dip fries. They have drive thru on an intercom vs a head set. so if dine in it is noisy. The guy who rang me up didnt aknowledge me walking in, i started my order philly with onions and peppers. He was like what kind of peppers and listed kinds(threw me for a loop like its a philly soooo typical philly peppers…. then he re listed peppers sweet banana etc. Looked like he was going to ring that up only didnt ask if i wanted a combo so glad i said something would have been annoying having to do another transaction. He also didnt ask if i wanted any like mayo or anything so i forgot to add that. Didnt say fries come reg or curly so i didnt even know i had options as far as fries.he should have realized it was my 1st time from my lack of knowledge so more prompts and more questions were necessary to help me complete my order correctly were needed but he didnt seem to realize or grasp that.

Realizing since moving from the Philadelphia area 15 years ago, that getting a real Philadelphia cheesesteak is not going to happen, I found Philly connection and OK with it now. I used to go to the one on Lawrenceville Suwanee Road and really liked it there and the owners, but they closed. Fortunately, we found another one. It’s just much further from home.

I just got robbed. I ordered 2 sandwich’s and 2 small drink for a whopping $35(5$tip included). In return I unknowingly received the wrong order and had to come back to get my order but they hadn’t even made it to begin with, so the wait started all over again. The clerk is obnoxious, the owner is indifferent, the food is average, and the price is entirely too much for this kind of experience. This is the world that was left to my generation. Wow this is horrible. The meat is nasty smelling and tasting. I spent 17 bucks on a large sandwich, a drink, and some fries. Definitely never coming back. Zero tasted on the meat, just some funky smell. Very little cheese, barely any onions. I took it to go so I wasn’t in a position to return it. Never again.

Full Warning!!! This is not steak. It taste and look like ground beef aka a long sloppy joe sandwich. Not good at all. After I snapped a picture I threw it all in the trash. Also the onion rings are over cooked and old grease. 1 star for good customer service but the food is horrible

This the worst tasting meat. It is what I imagine dog food would taste like. The picture shows the extent of how much I ate. Even though it cost me over $11 I threw it away right after taking the photo.
