I really like this place! It is a neat little sandwich shop tucked in the corner of outlet building by the parking ramp in which is also the side of new walkway around entire outlet stores and to outdoor center stage and icerink. It’s a small quant shop with some real neat decor. Im giving it 4s in two areas because no one greeted my apon entering where I had to find my own menu and what not and the second comes from the food where I thought the Philly was good and they used fresh onion, pepper and mushrooms but I thought it lacked cheese and could use more seasoning.

Stopped here on a road trip to South Dakota because my dad & mom met the owner at Longmire Days in 2016 and said they’d stop by. We finally made it, and it was great to be here. Great food – very flavorful, cooked well, so filling. Great patios in front and back & service was fast and attentive. Cute area of Rapid City, parking garage next door & RV parking lot space one block away, outdoor park & splash pad for kids down the street. Highly recommend – thanks for a great experience!

Been eating here since 2008. When they got new owners a while back, everything took a huge dive (especially the bread). After about a year of staying away, our cravings got bad enough to give them another shot and I’m pleased to report that the bread is nearly returned to its former glory (and is now lightly toasted if you’re into that).

Got charged for a footlong after ordering a regular. I was fine with that until I still ended up with a regular sized sandwich. Not even sure if the mushrooms I ordered ended up on this, much less the sandwich I ordered.

This little place has been in Rapid City for a lot of years, and it had never failed at delivering amazing food and service. Though the menu has condessed over the years, the food is still great. My wife tried the philly egg rolls for the first time, and I’m sure that will be all she oulrders now because of how awesome they were. The staff was really friendly and super accommodating of out slight order change. Well, always return for my delicious food.

The service was so slow. Waited more than 30 minutes for two sandwiches and fries while an older lady with glasses stood around snacking in the back. There were only a few people in front of us. The flies were terrible and kept landing on us/the food. Would not recommend going there until they figure out the kinks.

Terrible experience and we left disappointed. Ordered 2 of the Ted Philly’s and one had so much burnt steak it was practically inedible. Barely any fried onions yet drowned in cheese sauce. They were out of chicken but this wasn’t noted on the online ordering platform and the menu apparently has items listed that they no longer do (i.e. Italian pork philly), so we had to change our order several times. Gal taking orders was cordial enough. The floor was absolutely disgusting and sticky with every step taken and the flies buzzing around and landing on your food was unappetizing.

Been awhile since we’ve ordered….past DELICIOUS!! AND DELIVERED AS ORDERED. Tonight, well not so much. First time order was delivered to house – driver forgot parts of order(mainly my chicken Philly and fries. ) Not Ted’s fault but the rest of order we got was not what was ordered first delivery.
