I’m from Clovis, and came to Visalia on business and been wanting to try this place. It truly is a little hole in the wall, with very limited seating and no AC. I ordered the mushroom cheesesteak. Small local business type of place, that if you don’t frequent the eastern side of the downtown area, you wouldn’t know was there. Kinda expensive, my brother, and I went and dropped $35 for 2 sandwiches and large drinks. Definitely worth the price will be going back again.

Honestly for my first time going, i didn’t care much for it. Besides pricy, bread was dry and hard at the corners. No flavor on meat. No sauce or mayo. It was just too simple. Did not come with a side. Charleys and ihop have a tastier philly.

I come from Ivanhoe and when I’m in the Mood for a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich I come here,You can NEVER GO WRONG with this place, They are SO DELICIOUS! Yummy Yummy Yummy! My Husband loves there Chicken BBQ Cheese Steak Sandwich and My Mom loves there Double Mushroom Swiss Burger! A little Pricey but so Worth the Pay. And Fridays and Saturdays they do these really YUMMY “Unique” Tornado Fries. And Those are just so delightful, some Crunchy and some Potatoey, so very Satisfying!

Philly’s Cheeseteaks is snuggled in a small yellow and green timmed building on North Main in Visalia was surprisingly delicious! This was our first visit and we ordered the Original and the Barbecue Cheesesteaks that were served with a serving of potato salad and beans. The restaurant allows outside dinning. If you’re in the mood for some good phillies, try them!
