I had their double cheeseburger and curly fries. The fries were great, the cheeseburger OK. But for $17 total for burger, fries, and sweet tea, everything should be tops. The meat was just slightly better than school cafeteria hamburger patties. The Whataburger down the road and In N Out are better and cost less. Also, the tip jar is insulting to customers who have already paid the high cost.

Well have to say they are the closest I have had to what is up in Philly. The bread is a big problem I usually find down here but this place hit it with the right type. Only two small complaints is needs a little more flavor and pricing a little high but we are talking about eating at a mall. Over all happy with the food and it was a nice little surprise.

Great meal from Phil’s today. Was able to customize the Greek Ghicken salad with the Buffalo Ranch Chicken. Wow!!!! What taste bud popper! Delicious indeed. Reasonably priced and definitely worth every cent.
