I’m not the type of person to write a review but in this case I feel obligated. This pizza is phenomenal. I know they have multiple locations if I’m not mistaken. I am speaking about the oak lawn location as I have not tried from any other location. Really good pizza and will be eating from here as long as I’m alive. I always enjoy the food but we really enjoyed it tonight and I felt like writing this review. If you have not tried Phil’s in oak lawn you are missing out.

I’m not a fan of Burnt cheese. Seemed like most of the pictures I’ve seen on there review’s has the burnt cheese next to the best part which is the crust. not me. there no dine in. so we found out once we was home that i worked two hours of my life for burnt pizza. $36 gone. sorry but we wasn’t happy at all. i hate to down talk. pizza should be enjoyed with great crust sauce and cheese with any add ons. but to burn it. destroyed.

Pizza is always amazing. With that said. Everytime there is a problem…Noone cares…even if you ask for the manager. They don’t really have coupons and they never even offer some type of credit. We ordered their jumbo shrimp dinner…it was over 2 hours to get it delivered and it was ice cold and soggy from moisture gathering in the box. I called and complained and the manager basically dismissed me…stating they are very busy. I feel like when a customer calls with an order tell them the real wait…don’t say 1 hour and then it’s 2 hours. Today was a pizza order that I was told 1 hour for delivery and it was right under 2 hours. The customers should matter and their manager is rude. The food is really good when you get it hot and on time

Coming from a vacation from Las Vegas, we craved Phil’s pizza! We tried the pizzas from Vegas but they did not come close to Chicago style pizza. We always order xl sausage well done.

Second best to Michaels on the Northside! Phil’s have never let me down! I mean from the sauce and toppings always fresh and on point! Customer service always inviting and so diversified! I love y’all if you haven’t had this staple in Chicago what are you waiting on 5 blocks west of Halsted on 35th Delicious! Go Phil’s!

Phil’s has great pizza! We can usually get our pizza within 30 to 40 minutes of ordering with a pick up. We usually get sausage, mushroom and onion, easy well done. Their cheese pizza reminds me of the way back Goldblatt’s style pizza. All of their selections are pretty wonderful. Any leftover pizza we may have heats up real nice the next day. You always get quality ingredients, service and price!

Buyer beware attempted to place an online order on their website and when it came down to payment, it does not enable you to use a gift certificate for payment. It also states that when placing an order online you’re given a 10% discount because I was having difficulty trying to place the order because it would not except a gift certificate for payment. I called the restaurant and explain my situation and he said he would take the order over the phone and he would give me the discount when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order. Well, guess what when I got to the restaurant and spoke to the gentleman he looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. I mentioned the 10% off he looked at me and said there’s nothing he could do. Sorry Charlie. Well, you will never get my business again there are a lot of other pizza places out there that need the business and I guess yours is not one of them
