Pizza was awful! Too much cheese (and I love cheese) that the crust came out slimy and doughy. Sauce was pretty much tasteless and the pizza became more of an oval instead of circle. I get that this is hand tossed and they don’t use a pan to cook it but it was kind of ridiculous looking. Couldn’t even get the kids to eat it! Not too mention the prep and oven area is right behind the counter and when I went in to pick up my order one of the cooks made a pizza, put it in the oven, looked @ the ticket again, shouted and expletive. She then took the pizza out and began picking toppings off and moving them to one side of the pizza and adding different toppings to the other side. All while NOT ONCE washing her between handling raw dough, the pizza paddle and the pizza she was correcting.
