Had dinner here and the food was fantastic! The place looked clean and the guy there was friendly and welcoming. There’s also a lot going on in the neighborhood so it can be a fun outing.

Impeccable service! When I came in today, Ron remembered EXACTLY what I ordered the last time I was here! And the food from it’s presentation and taste are simply delicious!!!

This is a really unique restaurant in the hip neighborhood of Ohio City. My wife and I came here for lunch on a Saturday and there was only 1 other table of people. The greeter / server was very friendly and provided us with some excellent recommendations. He was very friendly and understanding of my wife’s seafood allergy. Overall I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

SO GOOD. Reminds me of my grandma. The green curry is delicious and so are the spring rolls. HIGHLY recommend.

My family and I took a cross country trip this summer to see America. For being Cambodian, myself, I always try to seek out any Cambodian restaurants during our travels (anywhere and everywhere). We came across this beautiful restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio that blew our taste buds out of this world!!! As a Cambodian I was very impressed that the restaurant was able to capture the look of a typical Asian dish, but somehow transformed the taste into a fine Cambodian spice. My family and I finished everything we’ve ordered!!! The owner is a very nice and customer friendly individual. I think he was happy that he was able to speak Khmer to another person :).

Very good food. 4 adults and 2 kids were all very happy with their meals. We came in late when the restaurant was pretty much closed but the man working greeted us with a smile and great food suggestions and made us feel welcome. The general consensus was that we were looking forward to returning again in the future. Thank you for a great dining experience.

With some Vietnamese but mostly a Cambodian bent, Phnom has been a long-time staple on W25th down from Westside Market and is an authentic experience. Below is Cambodia Coconut Soup with beef, shrimp, etc in a chicken broth and a bit spicy. Next is their unique offering of stirred combination of chicken, beef, and shrimp with no rice or noodle and just a simple broth. Finally their traditional Cambodia dessert “Bong ‘Em La Pov” is a pumpkin custard dessert made of pumpkin, coconut, egg, palm sugar, and topped with whipped cream and is awesome. This is a definite great authentic experience without leaving Cleveland.

The service is fast but it is a bit sad that there were so few clientele. I had their silver needle noodles (lot cha, or something along this line) and it is well seasoned. The portion is on the small size but plenty.

I had the chicken pho, it was very flavorful and was a good size. Fast service, kind staff, and a large menu. I would highly recommend.
