Food are delicious: we ordered Phở, bánh mì, and VN coffee (cafe sữa đá), chè 3 màu, and Bơ Smoothie and Phở đặc biệt. All ate outstanding. Sẻvice is not bad, but not as friendly either, the place is clean and decorations look great. Will ne back for more.

As soon as my family walked in, we knew we were in for a real treat just from the aroma that hung around the place. Before long, our meal came out to us, and you can tell a lot of care went into its preparation. Barely a morsel of food was left after I was finished, it was so tasty! I highly recommend not only for the flavor but also for the value you get for a relatively cheap price. Very impressed. Well, be back soon!

Everything that I ordered from here was fresh and tasty. I started off with 4 spring rolls with the peanut sauce on the side and that was phenomenal. Then ordered the X.L Pho 31 bowl All In and that exceeded my expectations!! It literally brought my taste buds to paradise and is the one of the best that I’ve had yet! I also had the Thai Tea as a beverage and it was also sweet and tasty. Overall, Pho 31 was an awesome experience for me and I will definitely come back and bring more people with me! I recommend whoever reads this review to come and try some Pho for yourselves!

I have been getting my pho brisket and flank here for over 8 years. They have been always consistent innthere pho. They open at 11am which is great. And there right off 95. If you want Pho, this place is solid. Location is simple and vegetables ate fresh.

The food is beyond delicious, the staff treats you so good and they serve you the food as quickly as they can.
