Not real authentic Vietnamese food. Please look into my past reviews for an authentic Vietnamese restaurant! Walking into the restaurant, my wife and I waited to be seated, but the two women in the front are conversing with one another. Didn’t mind waiting till we were seated, but then our waitress answered her phone in the middle of taking our order. Food comes out.. not what I expected. The summer roll had undercooked noodles as well as the pho noodles.. the worst part was the spring roll. It was literally fat, burnt filling, with nothing but oil in your mouth as soon as you take a bite… To top it all off my wife threw up everything she ate from here in their bathroom..

Korean style Vietnamese. But oh do you want a spicy challenge? Do you think you can handle it? Haha. Good luck and get the spicy pork belly garlic pho. Super delicious but make sure you have more napkins handy as you may be wiping off tears and running nose. Crispy spring roll is huge and summer rolls are great also. The staff is excellent and friendly and accommodating.

Restaurant is clean and the staffs are polite. We came here for lunch shortly before noon and it was fully seated in half an hour. We ordered 2 pho and a vermicelli with grill meat. I like that our meals came with a tray which is nice and organized. The vermicelli bowl is very good size which came with lots of meat, quality is pretty good too. It’s one of the comfort meals we had during the New York getaway.

Best pho in Bergen county I’ve found. I always get P1. I love how they ask you if you want cilantro and they give you a side of onions with other veggies (crucial for the broth). It comes out piping hot and I always leave feeling happy. I can go eat pho here at least once a week. It’s so good. Broth is on point. The beef is so tender. And always get the large bowl for a dollar more!
