Had an amazing experience! The place was clean and so much bigger than I expected. They were able to accommodate our party of 7 with no problem, including two kids. Service was top notch and super quick for everything we ordered. The food was AMAZING! A few in our party never had Pho before and were pleasantly surprised. Menu was easy to read and staff was very helpful picking what we wanted. We will definitely be back!

Come here for the first time. The place looks nice and clean. Staffs are quick with service. I ordered beef wrapped in grape leaves (bò cuốn lá nho): delicious! Also order spicy beef and pork soup (Bún Bò Huế): definitely spicy (as it should be), broth tastes right. All and all, my experience is great. Definitely recommend this place. Will come back to try Phở.

I had this food delivered today. They left out all beverages. When I called they told me they don’t have any but let me order them online and charged me anyway. Then asked me if I wanted a refund. ??? Why was I even charged. They also only provided sides for one meal and not the other and there were no condiments. The food was overpriced, very bland, and cold. Bad service and bad food.

Did ownership change? Used to love going here but the last time we went the food quality wasn’t as good and all the Sriracha bottles were watered down… like to the consistency of just liquid. I had to ask for another bowl of pho because I wasn’t going to ingest whatever was in that bottle that I unknowingly poured into my soup thinking it was normal Sriracha. The teenage servers tried to tell me that it was just a different kind of Sriracha. No it wasn’t, it was Sriracha that had water added to it. Makes me wonder what other gross things they’re doing in that restaurant. Bad decisions like that lose you customers, not save you money. Won’t be back.

Food: 4, service: 1. Been having lunch here on Tuesdays and Fridays for over two years. Often joined by a friend on Tuesday. The Pho and rolls served are good—nothing particular to rave about. Just goo Pho and usually fast. However, Pho 5Up recently opened another site and move most of the experienced staff to that location. Now there seems to be a rotating manager and staff the last three weeks. Today’s service was terrible. Ordered spring rolls to start with and they came out before tableware and water.The Pho arrived and I had to ask for the sprouts and basil plate as well as a fork. Water glass was never refilled. I have noticed several empty tables the last few weeks including today. Probably be looking for another lunch place until they get sorted out.

My friends and I stopped in recently after a long trip at OC. We ordered the #1 Pho, bun bo hue, spring rolls, taro smoothies and Vietnamese coffee. Flavor wise everything was on point. The drinks were really strong in flavor. We loved the Pho and spring rolls. Only downside was the BBH lacked flavor. Specifically the lack of shrimp paste and strong beef flavor. It tasted more like Pho with some sate sauce and pork put in it. With current Covid conditions the restaurant has barriers between each seat and the entire staff including the cooks were wearing masks and gloves. Price wise everything was reasonable.

The pho used to be pretty good here, but this last time was disappointing. The soup was a weird gray/brown color, the portion was minimal, the noodles a bit over cooked. To top it off, the dine-in was busy, so we were rushed to order, then we were rushed to finish, and so as soon as we were just about finished, we were rushed to leave. Terrible, unfriendly service. I’ve been coming here for years – won’t be back.
