It was hard deciding between a 3 and 4 star there’s a lot going on with our visit so I had to think about it for a day so the place seem clean. There were 3 workers serving, and I saw a couple gentleman come out that must’ve been the cooks. Our waitress said she was brand new, and she did come to our table right away and ask our drinks, and then another seasoned young waitress came over and took our order and was very nice. My Hub got the beef fried and I got pork With rice noodles. Apparently served COLD. It wasn’t very good. It was for sure not like the photo. She did offer to heat it and did. It had very little veggies. About 2 teaspoons. The egg rolls appetizer were pretty good. They do have a hundred drink options but that’s not why we came. Anyway sweet waitress. Not that thrilled with the food but they seem to be popular. Maybe it was an off day and I might try again.

I wanted so bad to love this place. Eaten here three times. Each time the service is subpar to the point of really impacting the meal in a negative way. The addition of “Ding Tea” is a great one and the main reason they get three stars. Probably the best variety of bubble tea in Canyon County. Not only do they offer traditional bubble teas, but they offer many different kinds of jellies and bobas and even yogurt based drinks. The Pho is actually really quite good here as are the egg rolls. We ordered Bun the last time (pork noodle bowl). It was OK for me, but then they did not bring out any sauce for it and they’re waiter. Directed me to use the fish sauce on the table. It was not the traditional fish sauce and was absolutely disgusting. When I asked a different waiter about it she told me I was supposed to get traditional fish sauce with the pork noodle bowl. She brought it out and it was much better. My wife’s pork had marble sized clumps of chilies that I believe we’re part of the marinade for the pork and accidentally made it in there. So hot it took her breath away in a dish that is really not supposed to be spicy. If you can get past them not having available what’s on their menu, food that’s not consistent, really slow and less than attentive service, and not bringing out important parts of the meal with all of the other parts so that you can actually enjoy the food while it’s in front of you and hot….. might be your place!

It was good but not like other pho we have eaten. The broth was good but lacked depth, the meat was minimal and the toppings were also pretty scarce. I ordered extra noodles in my bowl and I am glad I did, I ended up sharing my noodles with my husband because his was such a small amount. The spring rolls were good but we got them after we received our pho. Would have been nice to get them before.

My ❤ for Pho. Cute place. Friendly service (particularly the tall guy with glasses). Got eggs rolls, fresh spring rolls, a bowl of Pho, boba tea and friend got a rice and meat plate. Everything was delicious, the broth is fabulous, sauces on point. Huge servings!

The service was great. The gentleman was very attentive. He welcomed us at the door with menus and a smile. I’ve never seen such a clean pho place. The lighting and music played were great. I recommend this place if you are in the area…….And the food was exceptional as well!!!!! Thank you.

This place is a hidden gem! Best pho spot & boba tea in Idaho. The decor is nothing special. The staff are sweet. The food is bomb! Dinner rush will take a minute, so come during lunch if you want faster service. The cream cheese and crab Rangoons were tasty. Most of the time they have more cream cheese than crab, but these had a good amount of crab in them. If you like spicy noodle soup, then try the bun bo hue. The shrimp and chicken fried rice was legit! And the best thing about this place is the Ding Tea!!! Best bubble tea in town! They have a separate room with board games if you don’t want dinner and just want boba drinks. I don’t like my drinks too sweet so you can order only 25% sugar. But you can order 125% sugar if you have a major sweet tooth.

Very expensive for size of portions. We waited more than 1 hour for 2 bowls of Pho, 1 order of fried rice and 1 order of spring rolls. We ordered spicy but pho that came was not spicy. Our table ordered and then lots of other tables came after us and received their food before us. New Ding Tea was just ok. Will continue to make trek to The Whale Tea downtown Boise for our Tea and Boba. 2nd time trying..2nd disappointment..

Pho7 is FIRE the Spring Rolls w/peanut sauce were absolutely delicious, I will probably get an order every time I come back. I ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and it will be hard to not want to order it again, but there are so many good looking meals to choose from I am already thinking about what I will have next time I go. I sampled the Beef Noodle Soup with Rare Steak and Brisket, also delicious. The broths are so flavorful I found myself eating more even though I was full. I will be back and will recommend to everyone who is in need of some good Pho.

Just left after waiting over 40 min and never even receiving our drinks let alone any of our food. We arrived to a fairly small number of customers, but the waitstaff appeared to be completely scattered. Our server forgot we were there and seemed confused when we finally buzzed and asked to order (had to go back and get her pad). Then we waited and waited and waited and nothing. All we ordered were two slush/tea drinks, fresh spring rolls and two entrees. 40 min later, nothing. Another table who had arrived after had their drinks. We finally walked out. Can’t rate the food.
