I used to love this pho and I would come here very often, even after getting sick from eating here once. I’m highly irritated with the fact that today I ordered SHRIMP pho and got completely different pho, to top it off! Raw brisket full of blood! In a sandwich bag! On top of my noodles and some well done brisket, what makes me upset is the fact that that’s very unsanitary and disgusting!, this is seriously disgusting and very inconsiderate of the health and safety of customers.!

Was just at this location and the food was good. The service was horrible and when paying the total seemed high. They didn’t give a itemized bill. Sure enough when asking for one the had charged for this we didn’t get and up charged or pho. When confronted they argued and gave back very little. I will not be going back. The portions were smaller and prices higher. Then to be yo charged, ripped off on top if it. Don’t appreciate that. Not doing business with dishonest people.

They have messed up my order the last three times I been there. I ordered noodles and pork and when I got back to work noticed there was no pork. I went back and the kid at the front desk said ‘Whatever” Then I ask for some chili paste and he said they didnt have any when there was some on each table. I would recommend Pho Duy over this place.

It’s good food, but the service is horrible with a 20 min wait for just a menu. Then get attitude when you ask for a menu. No refills on drinks. Plenty of other pho with better service in town. Try them instead

The place has had a face-lift, but the server we had…he was poor. He seemed to be annoyed while we ordered. We sat down and then he came asking if we were ready we said a moment. When he came back he made a joke about closing in an hour so was my wife needed to be ready to order. Then when he brought food he just slammed it on table. Never came back to check if we needed refills or anything. I don’t like servers to hover but at least check once. Very poor service on his part. The other person is the one that came and refilled our glasses and asked if I needed a togo container. Mainly came here due to knowing they did in restaurant service still. Th3 food did come out VERY fast and tasted good.
