Has a bit of a limited menu compared to other places but they executed the food very well. The summer rolls were good but a little heavy on lettuce. The pho was very good the broth was full of flavor and had a little bit of oil on top which makes it all the better. The service there was good and the people are welcoming.

I have been eating at Pho 81 for years and have never been disappointed. The pho is delicious. We also enjoy the spring rolls and the lemongrass chicken and rice. The staff is always really kind and helpful. The restaurant space is average, but really comfortable. It’s in a great location. I’m grateful to have a good pho option so close to home – especially on a rainy day or when I’m feeling sick.

Pho store with a very basic menu and very basic pho. I like pho but of the pho stores I have had in the area this probably ranks lower. Not that it is bad, but if there are other options I would eat the other options unless I really wanted to eat pho.

I was craving Pho and was visiting Frederick, MD this weekend so I decided to visit. My brother-in-law suggested this place, I went with my husband and we fell in love! I ordered the meat balls pho and iced Jasmine tea. My husband had an iced Vietnamese coffee with his dish (naturally, I had to try it. ) and it was way better than anything Starbucks could ever make! Finding a good Pho place in Delaware County, PA has been hard, so I will definitely look forward to visiting Pho 81 when we visit family and friends in the area. One extra note: we enjoyed seeing Cowboy Bebop playing in the restaurant!

Pho is subpar compared to what I’ve had in the past. Very basic broth and menu, beef broth tastes like they used chicken stock. Worst part is that they’re cash only, but I was only informed when I went to settle the bill. They should put a sign on the door. Server was also very rude about it. She acted like I should’ve known ahead of time.

The staff is great, the music is good, and the food is delicious. I ordered the summer rolls with a large bowl of pho (I recommend both). As someone who has been eating pho for a long time it was tasty as expected. If you’re around and enjoy Vietnamese cuisine take a chance here.
