Delicious!! I had pho with pepper marinated steak and it was exactly what I will come back for every time. That and the gluten free egg rolls! The staff was super friendly and the place was clean.

Broth is not very flavorful, but is served hot at least. In the broth, we found multiple strings of tough and unchewable outer layer of onions. This is a choking hazard. The most I can say is that they leave the whole jug of water with you so you have all the water you want. The staff was nice and friendly at least. Go to Pho TJ for true Pho experience.

I was expecting the same pho I get sound town but this place is exceptional! The broth in the pho is savory. The noodle bowls pack a lot of flavor as well as the meat in them, the flavored fish sauce is also house made. I’m critical and picky at my restaurants and this is one that sets the bar higher over others!

Pho was fine, can’t complain. However if you’re here to see a boba review on Thai tea. Do NOT order the boba Thai tea “over ice”. The powder sits at the bottom way too sweet, and the boba was like soggy not firm if that makes sense. 4 stars since this is Pho 81 and not Boba 81

Have to give this a one star review, I will not be back after today’s meal. As a family we have gone to TJ’s Pho for years and LOVE IT! Today was Sunday, so we had to move to our second option for Pho. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a substandard meal at Pho 81, but we understand you can’t judge a restaurant after one visit, everyone has off days. I ordered, pick up, Vietnamese noodle bowl with chicken, beef, shrimp ( only got one) and egg roll. The beef was not fully cooked and was mostly fat. I could not eat it. See pics, and if you like raw beef with slimy fat, you might like this.

Staff are very harding and nice. As long as you don’t go during their busy time, everything comes out quite fast. My favorite is their spring roll peanut sauce.
