This place was next in line for my quest to find the best pho in Denver. While I cannot say it made the cut, the food was still great and service was fine. One thing that I will forever remember, though, is their peanut sauce which accompanies the spring rolls. It is, hands down, the best I have ever had. Our first time at Pho 9 II was great. We had spring rolls, sesame shrimp, and a lemongrass chicken noodle bowl. The sesame shrimp was crispy and one of the best I’ve had in years. The lemongrass chicken was well seasoned and just the right amount of spicy for someone who enjoys a medium spice level. The portions are fairly large, we had leftovers. Parking is easy, the service is great, and the restaurant is clean and fresh.
