Come in and go directly to the bathroom to wash my hands. No paper towels to dry hands. Go to table and sit down. 30 seconds later a younger girl comes and asks “Ready to order”. I said no, I haven’t even read the menu. I told her that they need paper towels in the men’s room. She shakes her head and walks off. 4 minutes later a different girl comes and takes my order. I order the shrimp skewer APPETIZER and a large pho. Mind you, the shrimp skewers were ordered as an APPETIZER. They came out and then 1 minute later…out comes the pho. I tried to explain to the Latino boy runner that I wanted to finish my appetizer first but he spoke no English. I speak Spanish so I explained it in Spanish. He said he would take it back to the kitchen. I just told him to leave it on the table. Not one person checked to see how my food was. No water refill. They weren’t busy. One star today folks!

We ordered through DoorDash. The Pho was well packaged with strong containers for the broth and the noodles and veggies packaged separately. The generous portion of thinly sliced beef was very cold, and there was an abundance of fresh basil, jalapenos, cilantro, etc.. The portions are huge, the meat tender, and the flavor very good. I’d order it again!

i’ve been a regular here for about a year and the pho is top notch. the meat to noodle ratio is on point, the broth is delicious, and the thai basil is fresh enough to be taken home and grown into flowers. 10/10 would recommend.

No greetings when you enter , I had to call in someone to help me get a table. I would be grateful if someone comes to me half an hour before closing . Restaurant was empty . I would give them one more star if they were polite & talked to me nicely. My Pho was cold . And it’s nothing special in the pho & other dishes we got.

I’ve gone all over Everett for the best Pho and Spring rolls. So far, best prices, very fast, very flavorful, everything tastes fresh and delicious. I leave spending less than 9$ on a bowl of pho and couple bucks for spring rolls. This is hands down one of thee best places to get pho in the area if not my favorite.

So this is the first place that I ever tried Pho about 12-13 years ago. I loved it immediately and started eating at this restaurant two or three times a week. My family loved it as well and it’s still one of my kid’s favorite foods and they literally grew up on it. Sadly for these guys, they one day decided to dump their extra large size just out of he blue. That was my go to. When I asked them why and they had no good answer, I walked out the door and went a block down the street to the Than Bros. Their Pho was also great, came in an XL size and was served with a cream puff. We never looked back. Since that day, we’ve spent probably thousands of dollars eating at Than Bros. We’ve taken many groups of friends there and have eaten an average of once a week in their restaurant. Their product is nearly the same as the Pho Asia Noodle House and the price was about the same as well. Because they decided to just randomly dump the portion size we liked, they lost years of our business.
