We have always ordered online and today we finally dined in. This has been our go to pho spot for a couple years. Now we don’t think we will return. The service was so terrible it just ruined the experience. We were not greeted when we walked in and when our server came to our table he just mumbled “Do you want any drinks?” I don’t mind paying higher than average prices for food if it’s great, but today it wasn’t at its typical caliber. The noodles were hard to pull apart in the soup which means the soup wasn’t hot enough or the noodles were sitting out for a while. We couldn’t finish our food for once. Water tasted weird. Believe the other low star ratings. Although our server barely acknowledged us, we left a tip to be gracious after spending almost $100 for lunch. I would suggest training the staff with customer service skills. I would not recommend this restaurant to families with young children as there are no smaller portion options or juices. The restaurant looks nice inside but that won’t make up for the pricey cost for a sub par experience.

When they say it’s authentic, It’s authentic. Most authentic place i’ve tasted outside of California! Crispy pork melted in the mouth. Pho broth, exactly what I needed to celebrate my birthday! Expectations exceeded!

The Bahn mi was done really well and the flavor of the fried egg rolls were delicious. It came out pretty fast and with how busy it was, I was impressed by the food. The only thing I recommend is to clean all the bottles and tables everything was a little sticky but the food was perfection. Will be back to give to this place another try.

WOW!!!. What a disrespectful place. I watched the manager (QUEEN)seat seven of our finest military members at a table for four, with several adjacent empty tables. They were all packed together like sardines in a can. I then had to wait 15 minutes for a new employee to be briefed on service while (QUEEN) ate her lunch. Then a ASIAN customer came in, and she left her lunch and immediately took his order, while the military in uniform group was still waiting to give their orders I hope that AMERICANS boycot this establishment until service is equal to everyone who enters. The food is run of the mill, with no authentic pho. (No blood pudding, no shrimp paste, no fish sauce.), and no serachha on the table to add to your food, you have to request serachha. I ordered extra noodles for my pho, and the serving size was so small that I picked up the entire serving with chop sticks. I actually felt bad witnessing the service, or lack thereof, to the uniformed military members eating here, approximately seven separate tables, and any ASIANS entering getting immediate service and food, thanks to QUEEN,(the server that has something against AMERICANS). This establishment needs a lesson in customer service.

I paint this place through a rose-tinted lens most times but each visit reminds me why I love this place. My experience has always been great. I always get the vegetable Pho with a little bit of spice and it’s delicious. Next time I will try the lemongrass chicken because it looked yummy. If you’re ever in the area please stop in for a bite .

I happily drive 40 minutes to come here and get Phô. The broth is extremely flavorful and the meats are great! The accompanying veg with the soup is fresh and delicious, super large assortment to make your Phô as unique as you want! The rice vermicelli is amazing as well and their sauce for the egg rolls is perfectly balanced. Worth the drive and excellent food and service every time!
